Energizing Paleo Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 2
Ingredients
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
• 1/2 frozen banana (optional)
• 2 TBS flax powder
• 1 TBS chia seeds
• 1 cup frozen blackberries
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients (except chia seeds) to blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Stir in chia seeds.
4. Serve and enjoy!
